Cured with Water, Potassium Lactate, Salt, Modified Potato Starch, Brown Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Sugar, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Ascorbate, Spices, Sodium Nitrite
Keep Refrigerated. Cover tightly after opening. Use within 3 days. If freezing keep frozen for no more than 3 months. Thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3 days after thawing.
Dissolve 2/3 cup brown sugar in 1/4 cup apple cider or ginger ale. Brush glaze over surface of ham.
